We conduct comprehensive interviews that include an assessment of the individual’s technical skills, work history and assess their attitude toward working with vulnerable populations. We ensure that our potential employees are fully vetted, meet the necessary qualifications, and retain up-to-date appropriate licensing. At VitalCore, we take our employee selection process very seriously which is one of the reasons our turnover rate is so low once we have completed the startup process at a new site.
