VITALCORE HEALTH STRATEGIES, LLC TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how VitalCore Health Strategies, LLC (“VitalCore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information shared via our SMS/text messaging services (the “SMS Service”). This policy applies to all VitalCore employees who interact with our SMS Service. By opting into or using the SMS Service, you (“you”, “your”, “user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following personal information when you use or interact with our SMS Service: Your name and contact information; Your mobile phone number; Message content (where appropriate and permitted); Message metadata, including time, date, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out activity; and Affiliation or relationship to VitalCore. Note: We do not collect or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive data via SMS. Our policies prohibit the transmission of PHI through unsecured channels such as text messages.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

DATA SECURITY

We take the following steps to protect your personal information: SMS content is limited to avoid PHI and sensitive information; Messaging systems are monitored and access-controlled; Only authorized personnel may send or manage SMS communications; Third-party providers must adhere to strict data security standards.
Please note that SMS is not a fully encrypted communication channel and should not be used for transmitting sensitive or confidential data.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your relationship with VitalCore and applicable laws, you may have the right to request correction of inaccurate contact information and withdraw consent or opt out of SMS at any time.

POLICY UPDATES

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify users of significant changes through internal communications or SMS alerts.
