SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

VITALCORE HEALTH STRATEGIES, LLC TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS/text messaging services (“SMS Service”) provided by VITALCORE HEALTH STRATEGIES, LLC (“VitalCore”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) as an employee (“you”, “user”, “employee”).  By enrolling in and using the SMS Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

PURPOSE OF SMS SERVICE

 

The SMS Service is provided for staff members of VitalCore and is not to be used for personal communication or non-business purposes.

 

OPT-IN CONSENT

By providing your mobile number and enrolling in the SMS Service you consent to receive SMS messages from VitalCore, confirm that the mobile number provided is your own and you are authorized to use it, and understand that message frequency will vary based on operational needs.

 

OPT-OUT

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Note: Opting out may impact your ability to receive important updates. If you choose to opt out, you remain responsible for staying informed through alternate channels.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the SMS Service, you agree to use the SMS messages responsibly and professionally, not share any protected health information (PHI) or sensitive data, and immediately report any unauthorized or inappropriate messages to VitalCore HR. You may not use the SMS Service to: Harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content; Share confidential information, including PHI or personal data or; Represent personal opinions as those of VitalCore. Any VitalCore employee that violates these Terms may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

 

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

VitalCore complies with all applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA. No confidential, clinical, or patient-specific information will be communicated via SMS. You are prohibited from sending, requesting, or responding with PHI or sensitive internal data through the SMS platform. If such information is mistakenly received, you must notify VitalCore HR or your supervisor immediately.

 

COSTS AND CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VitalCore is not responsible for any charges incurred due to receiving or responding to messages.

 

MESSAGE DELIVERY AND RELIABILITY

Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to mobile network availability, carrier delays or outages, or device compatibility issues. VitalCore is not liable for any delay or failure in message delivery. If you experience any service outage, delay, error, or other failure  related to the receipt or delivery of any SMS message under the SMS/text messaging service, you remain responsible for staying informed or delivering the appropriate information through alternate channels.

 

MONITORING AND REVOCATION

VitalCore may monitor use of the SMS Service for compliance and reserves the right to: suspend or terminate access to the SMS Service at any time, with or without notice; audit use for inappropriate behavior or security concerns; and update or change these Terms at any time at VitalCore’s sole discretion.

 

AMENDMENTS

These Terms may be modified by VitalCore only at any time. VitalCore will give employees written notice of any material changes made to the Terms.
